We proudly stand behind the quality of our algae tabs and are committed to making sure your Bits® arrive quickly and in good condition. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours 1-2 business days after being received. If you need to make changes to your order before it is shipped, please contact us immediately.
Shipping Help
For all orders, including expedited shipping, please allow 2 business days for processing.
All orders placed on weekends or holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
Standard shipping is with FedEx Ground and takes 7 to 10 business day.
Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii can take up to 2 to 4 weeks with Standard/Economy shipping.
Please do not select expedited shipping for PO Box addresses.

USA Shipping
Orders to United States addresses ship via different methods. For standard shipping, you can typically expect the post office to deliver your order even if the original carrier is FedEx, DHL, or UPS. For expedited shipping, you can usually expect FedEx or UPS to make the delivery. Shipping rates start at $8.00 as detailed in the table below. However, these rates may vary so please check your shopping cart for the most current costs.
After you place your order, please allow us 1-2 business days to prepare your Bits for shipment (including our expedited shipping methods). We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays. Here are the estimated, non-guaranteed transit times and shipping charges per shipping method:
We do not ship more than ten items to international destinations. If you wish to place a large order, we recommend using an international shipping service such as MyUS.

Canada Shipping
Orders to Canada ship with USPS and Canada Post (we may use other services as deemed necessary). To see how much it will cost to ship your Bits, please check your shopping cart.

Please be aware that the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) can delay shipments to Canada and you may also be required to pay fees, taxes, tariffs, or other charges upon receiving your order. We are not responsible for customs-related delays or for paying any charges. If a shipment is refused or held, we cannot issue a refund or re-ship the order until we receive the returning package in good condition.
International Shipping
Orders going to countries other than the United States and Canada usually ship with USPS and a local postal service or shipping service typically makes the final delivery (we may use other services too). Shipping rates start at $40.00 and as listed in the table below.
