Refund policy

We proudly stand behind the quality of our algae tabs and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for unopened bags of Bits®.

We proudly stand behind the quality of our algae tabs. But since our Bits are food, we are not allowed to accept returns if the packaging is open. If the packaging is intact, or if you are returning something other than our Bits, we will gladly accept returns for 30 days from the order date. Since we cannot refund any opened bags of Bits, we encourage you to try single servings of our Bits first. 

So, as long as the bag of Bits is unopened, we will gladly provide you with a full refund within 30 calendar days of the order date. Your refund will be for the original purchase price, minus the shipping and handling charges and payment processing fees. Please note that refunds are not issued until the return is received at our office and we do not cover any return shipping fees. 

If we have processed your order incorrectly or shipped you a defective item, we will gladly take back that item and issue you a full refund. The refund will be for the purchase price, sales tax, original shipping, and return shipping costs and we will take whatever corrective action you request on your return form. Please contact us within 48 hours of the wrong items being received at customercare@energybits.com.

Order Cancellation: 
 
 Our distribution team works hard to process orders as quickly as possible. While processing can take 1-2 business days, it is possible it is processed much sooner. Orders cannot be canceled when the order has been processed. There is no guaranteed cancellation window. Please contact customercare@energybits.com should you wish to cancel an order. Should an order be unable to be canceled we will reply with return information and options. 
 
For Subscription Refunds:
 
ENERGYbits subscriptions program require a minimum commitment of two billing cycles, allowing you to fully experience and enjoy all the benefits we offer.
 
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on these initial two subscription orders. Therefore, we recommend trying our sample pack before committing to a subscription.
 
To cancel a subscription order after the initial 2 non-refundable orders, ENERGYbits must be notified at least 3 business days prior to the next charge date.  Notification within 3 days prior to the charge date may not allow enough time for an order to be canceled and the customer is responsible for this shipment and respective payment.  If you would like to return a subscription order (after the initial 2 non-refundable subscriptions), please contact customercare@energybits.com for return instructions.
