We proudly stand behind the quality of our algae tabs. But since our Bits® are considered a "food" item, we are not allowed to accept returns if the packaging has been opened. If the packaging is intact, or if you are returning something other than our Bits®, we will gladly accept returns for 30 days from the date they were ordered. But since we cannot refund any bags or tins of Bits® that have been opened, if you are unsure about our Bits® we would encourage you to try our Bits® first. To help you try our Bits®, we offer single serving packages of Bits® on Amazon for ENERGYbits® and RECOVERYbits®. We also offer a combo sample pack with two single servings of each.
So, as long as the packaging on the tin or bag of Bits® has not been opened, we will gladly provide you with a full refund within 30 calendar days of the item being ordered. Your refund will be for the original purchase price, minus the shipping and handling charges.
In the unlikely event that we have processed your order incorrectly or shipped you a defective item, we will gladly take back that item and issue you a full refund for the purchase price, sales tax, original shipping and return shipping costs - and will take whatever corrective action you request on your return form.
