How to Take Them
For best results, SWALLOW at least 30 tabs (or more) per serving throughout the day, up to 300/day whenever you are tired or hungry, or in a rush and need a healthy snack or meal replacement. They are fast but loaded with nutrition so if you have them for breakfast like we do, you'll never be late for work again! Swallow with a beverage or you can also chew them as you would a handful of nuts (but they taste really green and stick to your teeth for a few minutes because of the high protein). Just remember, they're "bits" of food (not pills) so you can eat or swallow 100 at a time if you want!
